DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! If I could give less that 1 star I would. My daughter needed a used tire, I understand, getting a used tire is a risky thing, as there is no warranty - but having bought used tires in the past, several times, I never had a problem. The guy did mention, which seemed a little suspicious, that "there is no warranty on this tire" just before we left. Well, low and behold - the very next day, the tire was flat. He clearly sold us a bad tire, and I'm sure he knew it. He could have just said he didn't have a tire, but, instead, he sold us a bad one. Just look at all the 1 star reviews here - why would anyone in their right mind use this place??? Won't happen again. I still can't believe how anyone can try to run a business like this.

Based on my boyfriend's experience, I would not recommend this company. He was charged $464.20 for just two days of towing and storage, faced poor communication and inaccurate claims, and the situation became so difficult that police had to be involved. The lack of professionalism and cash-only payment policy made an already stressful situation even worse. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Amazing. We got a flat tire and were from out of town. They were very reasonable, quick and I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve worked with D&D Towing through a previous property management company and brought them with me to a new management company as my preferred towing provider in the Fox Valley area. They’re incredibly easy to work with—responsive, and always helpful. I’ve also used them for my personal vehicle towing needs and have recommended them to family members in need of service.

After an automotive accident, my vehicle was towed to D & D's facility and they were very friendly and helpful in letting me collect all my personal items that were in my car.
